COST
Premium varies by carrier, zip-code and Plan letter/option. Coverage varies by Plan letter/option. Plan G, for example, covers the 20% Coinsurance that Medicare Part A and Part B do not cover plus all of Part A's deductible. Plan N covers the same but you pay a $20 copay to see a doctor and $50 for an ER visit. All letters/plans are standardized respectively i.e.: carriers cannot offer different coverage for the same letter plan as another carrier, only the cost per carrier varies
